LUVIT comprises two Hubble programs, both targeting the same set of Local Volume galaxies. The first program (PI Gilbert) images each galaxy in the Ultraviolet and the optical, combined with archival optical data. The second program (PI Boyer) images each galaxy in the infrared in both broadband and medium-band filters. The goals are to study star-formation histories, ISM dust, massive stars, and evolved stars. Stay tuned for results.
